These terms of service apply to the use of Flow Navigator ("the App", "the Service"), offered by Inspiration of Things bv.

1. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our": Inspiration of Things bv, Eugeen Van Steenkistestraat 5D, 8000 Brugge, BE0893014563
• "You", "your": The user of the Service
• "Service": The Flow Navigator application and related services
• "Credit": Prepaid balance for use of the Service

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not transfer your account to others

4. Payment and Credit

Flow Navigator operates on a prepaid system:

• You purchase credit in advance through available payment methods
• Credit is deducted when using the Service
• Credit is non-refundable unless required by law
• Unused credit remains valid as long as your account is active
• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

5. Use of the Service

You may only use the Service for legitimate, personal productivity purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Disrupt or overload the Service
• Circumvent security measures
• Reverse-engineer or replicate the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Upload content that infringes on third-party rights

6. AI Functionality

The Service uses AI to make suggestions and organize tasks. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are tools, not professional advice
• You remain responsible for decisions based on AI suggestions
• AI output may contain errors
• We are not liable for consequences of following AI suggestions

7. Intellectual Property

• Our rights: All rights to the Service, including software, design and trademarks, remain with us
• Your rights: You retain all rights to the content you enter (tasks, notes, etc.)
• License to us: You grant us a limited license to process your content for delivering the Service

8. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may:

• Perform maintenance (preferably with advance notice)
• Modify or remove features
• Temporarily interrupt the Service for technical issues

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence

10. Termination

• By you: You can delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting us
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice unless immediate action is required
• Effect: Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your data is deleted according to our privacy policy

11. Changes

We may modify these terms. For material changes:

• We will inform you at least 30 days in advance by email
• You may object or terminate your account
• Continued use constitutes acceptance

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bruges, Belgium.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
