This privacy policy describes how Inspiration of Things bv ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use Flow Navigator ("the App", "the Service").

When you create an account:

Usage data

When you use the App:

• Tasks, projects and notes you create
• Planning and organization data
• Settings and preferences

Waitlist

When you sign up for the waitlist:

• Sign-up date

Technical data

• IP address (anonymized)
• Browser type and version
• Access timestamps

• Service delivery: To operate the App and manage your tasks and planning
• AI functionality: To provide smart suggestions and automatic categorization
• Communication: To inform you about updates, changes or maintenance
• Security: To prevent fraud and ensure the security of the Service

4. AI Processing

Flow Navigator uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to help you organize tasks. This means:

• Content you enter (tasks, notes) is sent to Anthropic for processing
• Anthropic does not retain this data longer than necessary for processing
• Anthropic does not use your data to train their AI models

5. Sub-processors

We work with the following service providers:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - Server hosting
• Anthropic (US) - AI functionality
• Brevo (France) - Email delivery

We have data processing agreements in place with all these parties in compliance with GDPR.

6. Retention periods

• Account data: Until you delete your account, plus maximum 30 days for backups
• Usage data: Until you delete your account
• Waitlist: Until you unsubscribe or up to 1 year after sign-up
• Technical logs: Maximum 90 days

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

• Access: You can request which data we have about you
• Rectification: You can have incorrect data corrected
• Erasure: You can request deletion of your data
• Restriction: You can have processing restricted
• Portability: You can receive your data in a standard format
• Objection: You can object to certain processing activities

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encrypted password storage (bcrypt)
• Regular backups
• Limited access to personal data

9. Cookies

We only use functional cookies necessary for the App to work (e.g., session cookies for login). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EU (Anthropic in the US). We ensure transfers comply with GDPR, including through Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. The current version is always available on this page.
